Cutting-Edge Connectivity and Global Distribution with Comprehensive Training and Support
The Americas Best Value Inn Central Reservation System (CRS) allows members to manage their rates and inventory in one place with the power of global electronic distribution to reach the traveling public through all of the following major reservation distribution channels:
Brand Website Direct Booking Engine (www.americasbestvalueinn.com)
ABVI Brand Website Direct is the lowest cost Internet distribution channel by far
The ABVI brand drives bookings to this channel through comprehensive search engine marketing strategies, including organic search, paid search (PPC), local search, meta search (e.g. Kayak, SideStep, etc.), mobile search, Web 2.0 search (e.g. TripAdvisor), email marketing, online sponsorships, display advertising (banners, etc.), strategic linking, customer segment, and feeder market initiatives.
Each hotel’s listing on the brand’s website is enhanced with rich visual media at no cost to members, allowing them to compete more effectively on the Internet. Photos are distributed to all channels to offer an improved conversion rate (professional quality photos and virtual tours for each member property).

Global Distribution System (GDS), Pegasus & Consortia Program
The ABVI Central Reservation System connects to all four major GDSs (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre & Worldspan), providing seamless connectivity to over 600,000 travel agents worldwide
All ABVI member hotels are distributed and marketed in the GDS under the "BV" chain code
The GDS offers connectivity to: Traditional Travel Agencies (TA), Business Travel Agencies (BTA), Travel Management Companies (TMC), Consortia, Mega Agencies, Online Travel Agencies (OTA), Corporate Travel Agencies (CTA), and end-consumers
The ABVI Central Reservation System connects to Pegasus’ Electronic Distribution Switch, enabling the thousands of third-party websites in Pegasus’ online distribution network to have direct access to ABVI hotel properties’ inventory and rates for real-time reservations
Pegasus’ online distribution database (ODD) feeds more than 75,000 images and detailed property information to thousands of websites in Pegasus’ online distribution network
The Consortia Program offers your property increased visibility in the GDS by partnering with these programs. Hotels will be listed in each program’s exclusive directory and website, and will have a special rate access code through the GDS. This exposure includes agencies that book specified negotiated rates within the consortia umbrella, regardless of whether they are booking a hotel reservation for a consumer traveling on leisure or for business. Some consortia partners include CCRA, RADIUS, ABC Corporate Services, SATO, THOR WorldWide Hotel Program, Fedrooms.com, BCD Travel, BSI, Omega Travel, and Carlson Wagonlit Travel.
Online Travel Agencies (OTA)
The OTA Net Rate program allows your property to offer negotiated rates and room inventory via a seamless CRS connection to major OTAs in exchange for the following: higher placement in search listing results, featured listings with highlighted marketing text and tags, extensive Search Engine Marketing efforts and affiliate networks, toll-free number inclusion, and guaranteed pre-payment.
Current OTA Net Rate partners include Travelocity, Orbitz, Priceline, Travelweb, Hotwire, and Cheaptickets.
Property Management System
One-way and two-way interface to our Central Reservation System (CRS) to various property management systems, including, but not limited to, RSI’s RoomKey, AutoClerk and Cell Arch (Xenia).
